You can't fix it. You can't leave. So nothing happens.
A free six-week class about finding the money — to get out of debt, and to make one room in your home safer, starting under $300.

The part nobody talks about
You get the quote. Eight thousand dollars. Or fourteen. Or they tell you the house needs work you already know you'll never afford.
And then you go back to living there.
You close the door to the bad room. You buy a fan. You tell yourself it's fine. You stop mentioning it, because of how people looked at you the last four times.
Contractors quote the job. Doctors treat the patient. Support groups offer the thing that's hardest to find, which is being believed. But almost nobody sits down with you and works out where the money actually comes from.
That's the only thing this class is for.
Start at zero dollars. Climb as the money comes in.
You don't fix the house. You fix one room, and you start with the things that cost nothing. Every step you finish makes the next one cheaper.
- $0Stop making it worseFind the water and stop it. Get humidity into the 40–50% range. Check the HVAC. Take out what's wet. Check the car — most people never do. Start writing everything down.
- $50
–$300Build one safe roomUsually the bedroom, because it's a third of your life and the cheapest square footage you own. Strip it, clean it with soap and water, seal it, filter it. Then measure it for thirty days. - $300
–$1.5kExtend and verifyBetter equipment, a second room, and a professional assessment — if and when you decide you want one. By this point you'll know enough to hire well. - $1.5k+Fix the buildingRoof, plumbing, grading, crawlspace, HVAC. This is professional work and we refer you out. We'll also teach you to have it independently verified, which most people never do.
- --Or leaveSome buildings can't be fixed for any money you'll realistically have. We teach that openly, and we help you build the fund to move. Deciding to leave is a plan. Doing nothing isn't.

There is nothing to sell you.
You've been marketed to by people selling tests, sprays, protocols, and hope. It's reasonable to wonder what the catch is here.
The class is sponsored by Apollo Environmental Solutions, an indoor environmental assessment practice. It does not perform remediation. It sells no air purifiers, filters, test kits, or supplements. It accepts no referral fees.
That's not a promise made for your benefit — it's how the company is built, and it's published on their site. An inspection company that also does remediation has a reason to find work that needs doing. That incentive was removed on purpose, years ago.
Which is why we can afford to teach you the free version of everything. There's no expensive version anyone here profits from.
- No cost, at any point. There is no paid tier.
- No products sold or recommended by brand.
- No pitch during any session.
- No health claims. We teach buildings and budgets.
- We don't negotiate with creditors or handle your money. Education only.
What the six weeks cover
- Week 1Where you actually arePrint your last thirty days of statements and highlight where it went — live, during the class. Then: finding the water, because every mold problem is a water problem.
- Week 2Find the moneyWhere it leaks in 2026 — buy-now-pay-later, subscriptions you forgot, delivery fees, payments scattered across four apps. Everyone cancels one thing before the hour is up.
- Week 3Free moneyAssistance programs, weatherization funds, insurance claims for water damage, HSA and FSA eligibility, and tenant remedies most renters have never heard of. Nothing in this hour costs you a dollar.
- Week 4Increase the incomeCutting has a floor. Realistic options — including for people who can't work the way they used to. Then we build the air filter together on camera.
- Week 5The planWhich debt to kill first, what to say when you call them, and how to split what you've found between the debt and the house.
- Week 6Your numbersReal figures, out loud. What changed, what's next, and an invitation to come back and lead a group for the people behind you.

Four things you can use before the class starts
- Bleach isn't the answer. It's roughly 94% water. On drywall or wood, the water sinks deeper than the chlorine does. And killing mold isn't enough — the toxins it leaves behind stay active after it's dead. Soap and water on hard surfaces; porous material has to come out.
- Drier isn't always better.Target 40–50%. Above 60% things grow. Below 30% your respiratory tissue dries out and your natural defenses weaken. A digital hygrometer is $20 to $40 and it's the best money in this entire field.
- Check the car.People sort out the house, improve, then slide backward and can't work out why. The AC coil stays wet for hours after you park. Run fan-only for the last five minutes of every trip. That one's free, and you can start today.
- Never let a repair request be only a phone call.Follow it up with a text saying what you asked for and when. That text is now evidence. If you rent, this file is the most valuable thing you can build, and it costs nothing.

The next group starts soon
Six weeks, one hour a week, online. Free. Sessions are recorded and the materials read fine on a phone, because we know energy isn't always predictable.
Bring anyone — a friend, your sister, a coworker. The money half helps everybody.
Save your seat Twelve people per group, so everyone gets time. Not ready for six weeks?
We also run a shorter monthly session — thirty minutes, no commitment. One teaching point and a question-and-answer. Come with your camera off and say nothing at all if you'd rather.
Register and tell us that's what you'd prefer — we'll send you those details instead.
Questions people ask
Is this religious?+
No. INSPIRA is Latin for “breathe in” — it shares a root with WeSpiritus, the parent company. There's no religious or spiritual content in any session.
Do I need a mold problem to come?+
No. About half the class is household financial education that helps anyone. Bring whoever you like.
Will you try to sell me an inspection?+
No. Nothing is sold in any session. If you reach a point where you want professional help and you ask, we'll talk about it then — and we'll give you more than one name, including people we have no connection to.
I'm too sick to commit to six weeks.+
Come when you can. Sessions are recorded, materials are sent whether you attend or not, and nobody is dropped for missing weeks. You never have to turn your camera on or speak.
I rent. Is this useful to me?+
Especially. Week 3 covers tenant remedies most renters have never heard of, and everything in the first two tiers is designed to be done without a landlord's permission.
Can you tell me if my symptoms are from my house?+
No, and we won't try. We teach buildings and budgets. Anything medical belongs with a licensed clinician — we'll never position ourselves as an alternative to one.
What if my house can't be fixed?+
Then we help you plan to leave and build the fund to do it. Some buildings genuinely can't be saved for any money a household will have, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise.
