That's you registered.
A confirmation email is on its way with the class link and everything you'll need. If it hasn't arrived within ten minutes, check your spam folder — and if it isn't there either, call us on (866) 807-5313 and we'll sort it out.
You don't need to prepare anything. But if you'd like a head start, there are two things worth doing this week.
Buy a digital hygrometer
Twenty to forty dollars at any hardware store. It measures the humidity in a room, and it's the single most useful purchase in this entire field — you can't manage what you can't measure. Get a proper digital one, not the dial that came on a thermostat.
Put it in your bedroom at bed height. Write the reading down once a day. Bring those numbers to Week 1. Target is 40–50% — and not lower, because below 30% dries out your airways and works against you.
Run your car's fan before you park
The air conditioning coil stays wet for hours after you shut the engine off, and that's what the musty smell is. Switch the air conditioning off but leave the fan running for the last five minutes of every trip. It dries the coil before you park. It costs nothing, and the car is one of the most overlooked exposure sources there is.
That's it. See you in the first session.
