The Healthy Building Institute of America is a division of WeSpiritus, LLC. Sponsorships are processed under our parent company's Square account, so your receipt will read Spiritus Apollo Services Group — a former name still on the account. Both are us.

About the completion grant
It is a reimbursement, not a purchase. We buy nothing, stock nothing, and recommend no brands — the graduate chooses and buys, sends us the receipts, and we reimburse up to $225. That keeps us out of the product chain entirely, which is the same reason we do no remediation and take no referral fees.
To qualify, a graduate completes all six sessions, submits thirty days of humidity readings from one room, and submits their budget ledger. We do not ask for bank statements or debt figures. We are not checking anyone's money — we are checking that they did the work, and that the room changed.
A household may receive a second grant, no sooner than ninety days later, and only by showing that the first room held and that they have moved on to a second room. People slide back. The second grant exists to back the household that kept going.
Each sponsorship funds exactly one grant. We award only what has already been sponsored, so no graduate is ever promised something the fund cannot cover.

We are working toward nonprofit educational status and will say so plainly on this page when that changes.
Payments are processed by Square under our parent company. Depending on your bank, the charge may appear as WeSpiritus or Spiritus Apollo Services Group. Both are us.
