Reality: We intentionally avoid "mold" in our name because environmental health is so much broader. We don't use fear tactics—we use science. And our network includes professionals who will tell you when you DON'T need expensive services.

"You're going to try to sell me expensive remediation."

Reality: Assessment and remediation are intentionally separated in our model to avoid conflicts of interest. We don't profit from remediation recommendations. We profit from being trustworthy.

"I need to be a scientist to understand any of this."
